The worldwide festive day has come at the international level in Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs this time. Students and cadets of the educational institution established an e-meeting with students from the Vitautas Magnus University (Kaunas, Lithuania).
Youngsters have actively discussed distance learning, spare time, international exchange and scientific events.
Moreover, the issues of volunteering and student self-governing have been also raised.
Besides, during the meeting everyone could exchange their thoughts and ideas via specially created Telegram chat.
Students of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs invited their Lithuanian colleagues to participate in the Student Summit and scientific-practical conferences systematically held by DSUIA.
DSUIA students told about the peculiarities of their studies at the University and presented Dnipro.
“This meeting is a step to the international level of communication between students. We aim at extending activity limits of Student-and-Cadet Council as well as establishing ties between youth communities abroad. I am sure that this will give us an opportunity to implement interesting youth projects within international collaboration. I mean not only academic exchanges, but also useful programs for students or boost in interest of our stakeholders to the educational process in our university”, Violetta Rets, 4-year student, head of Student-and-Cadet Council said.
