Third-year cadets of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs will take part in measures aimed at ensuring public safety and order under martial law on the border territory in one of the regions. The cadets underwent a rank inspection and were instructed before leaving.
The cadets’ uniform and their equipment needed to fulfill the tasks were checked during the rank inspection.
Oleksandr Morhunov, the DSUIA Rector, put emphasis on the responsibility that will fall on the cadets as they are the representatives of the Dnipropetrovsk region and they will be evaluated as the face of the region and the institution of higher education in particular. He focused on personal safety measures and ethical behavior when communicating with citizens.
The cadets will be on a business trip for a month: they will serve together with the border guards.
