The seminars “Featutures of documentation and investigation of crimes pertaining to armed aggression against Ukraine” were held on the basis of Main departments of the National Police in Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv and Kherson regions.
A series of one-day practical seminars for teachers of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was organized by the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Representatives of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Strategic Investigations and the Department of Forensics and Pre-Medical Training of the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs took part in the seminars. Practitioners of the Main Investigative Department of the National Police of Ukraine and investigative departments of the National Security Service in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions became trainers of the events.
Scientific and pedagogical workers familiarized themselves with the features of the police activity in countering armed aggression of the Russian Federation, considered the techniques and methods used by the police during the pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses and the implementation of operational and investigative activities, the algorithm of actions of investigative and operational teams at the scene of the incident, the interaction of SSU investigators with police officers, the use of UAVs to inspect the scene of the incident, practically practiced the actions of investigators at the scene of a mass burial, aerial bombardment, torture of persons and rocket attacks.
Acquired skills and knowledge will be used during practical and extra classes with students of higher education.
