The training manual was prepared by the group of authors of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs. The book covers the concept and features of military security in the Ukraine’s national security system.
There are doctors and candidates of legal sciences of DSUIA among the authors, all together they answered comprehensive questions about qualification of criminal offenses against national security, the environment, public safety, peace protection, human security and international legal order. The authors took into account the current legislation, the practice of its enforcement and modern state of scientific support for combating criminal offenses caused by the military aggression of the Russian Federation.
The training manual will be useful for students of higher education, scientists, practical workers and higher education institutions that train lawyers, law enforcement officers, prosecutors and court officers.
