The young man says: “I was dreaming of driving a car on my own since childhood. So, as soon as I turned 18, I immediately enrolled in a driving school and began studying a theoretical course. I mastered the practice of driving in a car with manual control, with instructions and support from experienced instructors”.
After passing the exam at the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Dnipro, Vladyslav received a driver’s license of a set pattern.
The driving school for people with disabilities operates at the address of the city of Dnipro, ave. Gagarina, 26, and accepts students with musculoskeletal disorders. The project of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was implemented within the framework of the National Strategy for the Creation of a Barrier-Free Space and at the initiative of the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska “Without Barriers”.
