Cadets from the Faculty of Training Specialists for Preventive Units of the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs participated in the event.
The aim of the event was to assess the physical and strength endurance of cadets and to practice techniques for overcoming individual elements of the obstacle course.
Two teams of seven cadets each participated. Recruits were divided into teams. Elements of exercises were performed on the obstacle course (in a maze, in a trench, tunnel), as well as rope climbing and stadium running.
After strength exercises, cadets had to run a distance in police gear – helmet, bulletproof vest, and with weapons in a belt system.
Organizers – the Department of Special Physical Training of the DSUIA – are confident that such events are an effective tool for improving the physical qualities of future police officers in conditions of martial law.
