Greetings from Rector Oleksandr Morgunov on the occasion of Ukrainian Volunteer Day

On March 14th, Ukraine honors volunteers – persons who were not military professionals but, in a critical moment for the state, voluntarily “paused” their previous lives and took up arms without conscription or coercion to defend the country.

Today, we express sincere gratitude to those who stand on our frontlines, whose courage, consciousness, and calling of the soul have enabled us to resist the occupier from the very first days of the large-scale war.

Ukrainian volunteers embody victory and heroism. You are an example for future law enforcement officers and modern youth.

Therefore, may each of your steps be filled with strength, may there be hope, wisdom, and confidence in Victory every day!
