A solemn wreath-laying ceremony took place near the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration. The event was attended by the Rector of DSUIA, Oleksandr Morgunov.
Representatives of the regional authorities, law enforcement agencies, security forces, and the public laid flowers at the memorial sign in honor of the volunteers.
