An optional training session in the form of a quest was held at the “Investigation of War Crimes” training ground. Cadets from the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Training of Specialists for Units of the National Police of DSUIA participated in the event.
Cadets of the DSUIA systematically enhance their professional training. Special attention is focused on the specifics of documenting war crimes, preventing and qualifying criminal offenses related to armed aggression by the Russian Federation. The main element of optional classes is practical exercises, simulations, and role-playing games, which help participants consolidate knowledge and skills in real-life scenarios. During the quest, issues such as examining the scene after shelling, inspecting bodies at mass burial sites, etc., were discussed. Optional classes in training grounds contribute to reinforcing theoretical knowledge acquired during classroom lectures and prepare future law enforcement officers for practical service in the police.
