Supporting the soldiers, DSUIA cadets volunteer for frontline needs

NEWS

During their free time from studies, cadets of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs volunteer together with local activists. This week, the students supported two projects simultaneously – “PavuChary from Dnipro” and “Front Power”.

The production of camouflage nets has been one of the central activities of the cadets since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. The cadets help select and cut fabric, after which they manually weave the finished product for the frontline. Such involvement helps provide the military with necessary camouflage means and ensures safety during combat tasks.

The cadets also joined in making power banks for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The initiative was launched by the youth of Dnipro to allow defenders to recharge their essential gadgets and devices at any time. Used electronic cigarettes serve as a power source for the devices – soldering already used parts helps activists and future law enforcement officers.

The cadets are confident that volunteering is an important manifestation of their civic position and an effective method of contributing to the defense of their homeland.
