All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Current Issues of Pre-trial Investigation and Crime Prevention in Modern Conditions”

The event will take place in a hybrid format on May 24, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs.

The conference aims to analyze and summarize theoretical and applied problems of pre-trial investigation and crime prevention in modern conditions. Scientific and pedagogical workers, adjuncts (postgraduates), trainees, as well as practical workers of law enforcement agencies are invited to participate.

Among the thematic directions of the conference:

⦁ Legislative support of pre-trial investigation activities in pre-trial proceedings under martial law;

⦁ Institutional capacity of law enforcement agencies to counter criminal communities;

⦁ Combating the legalization (money laundering) of proceeds obtained by criminal means: detection and confiscation of criminal assets: domestic and international experience, and more.

To timely form the conference program and publish materials, it is necessary to send an application for participation and abstracts of reports/messages to the organizing committee (cpsi@ukr.net) no later than May 22, 2024.
