Cadets of the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) participated in activities to commemorate Environment Day. They cleaned the burial sites of Ukraine’s defenders at the Krasnopillya cemetery and tidied up the adjacent area near a sponsored children’s home.
Cadets from the faculty training specialists for the criminal police unit at the Krasnopillya cemetery honored the memory of fallen soldiers with a moment of silence and laying flowers. Afterward, they tidied up the soldiers’ burial sites, collecting litter, leaves, and other debris. The organizers of the event noted that such activities are part of the national-patriotic education of the cadets.
Additionally, cadets helped the sponsored children’s home – the Municipal Educational Institution “Special School No. 12 of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council” for children with visual impairments. They arranged flower beds for planting flowers and cleaned up the territory of the children’s home. DSUIA students point out that such activities provide an opportunity to show care for those in need and prepare the city for spring.
