Thirteen cadets from the Faculty of Training for Specialists for Units of the Criminal Police arrived in the Zakarpattia region.
Over the course of a month, the trainees will serve alongside the 27th Border Patrol Unit named after the heroes of the Carpathian Sich. The future law enforcement officers will ensure public safety and order in conditions of martial law, preventing attempts of illegal border crossing.
The cadets received briefings with the participation of the Deputy Chief of the Berehovo District Police Department, Yan Mikshi, and the Chief of the Personnel Department, Nelia Zvonar. They were briefed on their duties, informed about threats, and taught basic tactics to handle lawbreakers. The future police officers are fully prepared to serve.
