A cadet of DSUIA has completed an English-language online course on “Ethical Leadership,” led by former FBI Director (2013-2017) James Comey, aimed at discussing the concept of ethical leadership in public administration.
At the core of James Comey’s concept of public administration lies the idea of ethical leadership, where decisions are made according to higher values rather than personal convictions. In the United States, these values are embodied in the Constitution and democracy, and adherence to them breeds true leaders in the long term.
Anastasia Kozlovska actively participated in the sessions, demonstrating a high level of interest and understanding of the material. According to her, this course is aimed at developing key ethical leadership skills, which are an integral part of successful leadership in any field of activity.
