The Department of Civil Law and Procedure at the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs conducted a practical session on the topic “Judicial Examination of Civil Cases. Court Decisions.”
Cadets from the 2nd year of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Training Specialists for Units of the National Police participated in the session.
During the simulation of a court hearing, practical issues regarding the significance of judicial examination of cases, determination of the court’s activities, and the procedure and sequence of actions of the parties involved in the case were discussed.
According to the instructors, conducting sessions at training grounds contributes to consolidating the theoretical knowledge acquired and provides an opportunity to utilize the skills gained in future practical activities.
