The Department of Ukrainian Studies and Foreign Languages of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Training of Specialists for Units of the National Police of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs organized an introductory event titled “Europe – Our Common Home.”
The event was attended by students of the university who prepared presentations on topics related to Ukraine’s European choice. The Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Training of Specialists for Units of the National Police, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Police Colonel Vladyslav LAZARYEV, delivered a welcome address. He emphasized the importance of Ukraine’s European integration and wished creative and professional success to the future law enforcement officers.
Greetings to the event participants were also extended by the Head of the Department of Ukrainian Studies and Foreign Languages, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Olga MAXIMENKO. The participants of the event selected the best presentations and chose the winners.
After the event, a virtual tour of European countries and an interactive quiz on the history and traditions of the European Union were conducted.
