As part of their weekend activities, students from the Faculty of Law and the Training Department for National Police Units visited an art exhibition and a new museum installation.
Second-year cadets attended the “Fighting for Freedom” installation at the Dnipro History Museum. Created with support from the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, this installation is dedicated to the heroics of the 128th Territorial Defense Brigade. The future law enforcement officers viewed a collection of military trophies, everyday items from battlefields, and personal belongings of the defenders. According to the cadets, the exhibition immerses them in contemporary history, helps them understand the realities of war, and better comprehend the price of freedom in the face of current challenges.
Third-year cadets from the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and the Training Department for National Police Units visited the exhibition “Torn Edge” by Tetiana Pukhnavtseva, displayed at the “Artsvit” gallery. The exhibition features a variety of techniques, including an unusual combination of freehand drawing and mechanical prints.
Cadets noted that such events not only broaden their horizons and contribute to personal development but also provide a refreshing break after an active week.
