An online seminar was held on the topic “Features of considering cases of administrative offenses under Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses in conditions of martial law.”
The event was organized by the Dnipro Regional Branch of the National School of Judges of Ukraine for judges of local general courts and assistant judges of local general and appellate courts. The seminar was opened by the director of the Dnipro Regional Branch, Volodymyr POPLAVSKYI, who familiarized the participants with the program and invited them to actively participate in the discussion of judicial practice regarding the consideration of cases of administrative offenses in transport.
At the beginning of the seminar, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Administrative Law, Procedure, and Administrative Activity at the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, Maxim SHEVYAKOV, addressed the issues of qualifying administrative offenses in transport.
Participants discussed problematic issues that arise during the consideration of cases in court and exchanged thoughts and experiences on their resolution.
