DSUIA Students Master Restorative Communication Techniques

A session on “Implementing Restorative Approaches, Mediation, and Conflict Resolution in Professional Activities” was conducted as part of the “Junior Commanders’ School.”

The speaker for the event was Natalia Karnaukh, Head of the Department of Educational, Social-Humanitarian, and Cultural-Mass Work at DSUIA. During the session, students practiced effective communication techniques and developed basic mediation skills for peaceful conflict resolution. They also enhanced their knowledge in conflict studies and increased their awareness of the values of restorative approaches and communication.

The session was organized to improve the professional training of future law enforcement officers.
