Dnipro hosted the 2nd Chess Festival “Strategy of the Unbreakable” – 648 participants from all over the Dnipropetrovsk region played chess simultaneously at one location.
The tournament lasted for two days with the support of the “Who if Not Us” Charity Fund and the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration. The event was opened by the Deputy Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Orlov, who wished the players victory and inspiration.
Participants included athletes of various skill levels and children from the age of 10. Military personnel and veterans, ambassadors of the TitansUA project, also joined the game.
The Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs was represented by the head of the Department of Physical Education and Tactical-Special Training, Iryna Skrypchenko, and student Mariia Konovalova.
All players received commemorative prizes and gifts, and the tournament winners were awarded cash prizes.
