The event was chaired by the First Vice-Rector Ihor MAGDALYNA. During the meeting, certificates of associate professor and professor were awarded, and athletes-prize winners were honored.
The certificate of Associate Professor of the Department of Criminalistics and Pre-Medical Training was awarded to Volodymyr PRYLOVSKYI, and the certificate of Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Strategic Investigations was awarded to Olena SOLDATENKO.
Athletes were also congratulated at the Academic Council meeting. Aliona KOTS, a student from group LD-343, received a diploma for 1st place in bench press at the regional championship. Cadet Arsenii ZAKHAROV from group CP-233 received an award for 3rd place in a free-fight tournament held in Lviv. Cadet Yulia TOLMACHOVA from group PI-343 and cadet Oleksandr PYZHIVSKYI from group SR-321 received certificates and medals for 2nd and 3rd places in the open judo tournament “Prydniprovya Cup.” Vladyslav MOSKVYCH, a student from group YR-144, was awarded for his 3rd place at the European Judo Cup.
A third-degree diploma for participation in the competition “Road Safety: A Scientific Perspective of Ukrainian Youth” was awarded to Anna MOHYLENKO, a cadet from the Faculty of Training Specialists for Preventive Activities Units. Assistant Professor Karina PISOTSKA of the Department of Administrative Law, Process, and Administrative Activities was commended for preparing the contestant.
According to the agenda, issues such as the implementation of rectorial control in the 2023-2024 academic year and the implementation of the Concept of Student-Centered Approach in the Organization of the Educational Process at DSUIA were discussed. Amendments to the Regulations on the Rectorate were made, and monographs and educational manuals were recommended for publication.
