The event took place at the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, initiated by the research and educational laboratory focused on preventive activities.
This round table gathered over 140 scholars and practitioners from various regions of Ukraine, including Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Chernihiv, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Kirovohrad, Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Sumy regions.

Experiences of foreign police units during armed conflicts and their potential implementation in Ukraine
The speakers also highlighted the achievements of the National Police in ensuring the conditions of detainees in police custody rooms and discussed the police response to domestic violence incidents.
The event concluded with substantive recommendations for improving current legislation and law enforcement practices. It also helped consolidate the efforts of scientists and practitioners to support Ukraine in its struggle for sovereignty and territorial integrity.
