A practical training session was held for the students of the Department of Initial Professional Training, Specialization, and Advanced Training at the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA).
Prior to this, during a theoretical session, the students studied the types and categories of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), their functions, and construction. They familiarized themselves with the basic elements of UAV control, principles of their operation, and conditions of use, among other topics.
The continuation of this elective course involved applying the previously acquired theoretical knowledge. Using computer simulators, the students learned to operate UAVs and performed training flights.
Upon completing the training sessions, the police officers, equipped with new knowledge, will return to their practical units to continue their service.
