The events were conducted by the Zaporizhzhia Center for Primary Professional Training “Police Academy” of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
Police officers met with students from Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium No. 4 of the Zaporizhzhia City Council as part of the “Young Law Enforcement School” event by the Youth Police Academy. The meeting was held in the format of a lecture and quest on the topics “Criminal and Administrative Responsibility of Minors” and “Safe Behavior at Home and on the Street.”
The attendees of the “Police Academy” acquainted the children with fire safety rules, discussed dangerous situations, and raised issues of proper handling of household appliances, among other topics. During the session, the police officers covered such issues as the concepts and types of responsibility concerning minors.
As part of the career guidance work, the police officers informed the schoolchildren about DSUIA, the stages of the admission campaign, the specialties and areas of educational activity, and the advantages of studying at the institution of higher education.
