Athletes from the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) secured first place overall and gold in individual events.
The championship of the FST “Dynamo” in polyathlon among the national teams of higher education institutions, managed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard of Ukraine, and other central executive bodies directed and subordinated by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, concluded in Lviv.
The DSUIA team consisted of four cadets: Dmytro PODCHASOV, Maksym LUBYANYY, Ivan DONEV, and Yelyzaveta KOVAL. The team was coached by Yuriy VOLKOV, a lecturer from the Department of Tactical and Special Training.
The DSUIA team took first place overall, surpassing the National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine and the Cherkasy Institute of Fire Safety named after the Heroes of Chornobyl, which took second and third places, respectively.
In the individual standings, DSUIA cadets Dmytro PODCHASOV and Yelyzaveta KOVAL won gold medals.
