Thesis Defenses at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs

Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs held meetings of the specialized academic council D.08.727.02, during which dissertation defenses were conducted.

The sessions were chaired by Dr. Oleksandr YUNIN, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Scientist and Technician, Vice-Rector of the university.

Mykhailo DUMCHIKOV prepared a dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Law on “Conceptual Foundations of Criminal Law Protection of Cyberspace in Ukraine.”

Scientific Advisor: Olha BONDARENKO, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines and Justice at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of Sumy State University.

Opponents:

Olena TYKHONOVA, Doctor of Law, Professor, Professor of the Department of Financial Security and Financial Investigation at the National Academy of Internal Affairs.

Oleh KYRBIAIEV, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Senior Inspector for Operational Search and Partnership in the Field of Information Technology, Cybercrime Counteraction Unit in Zaporizhzhia Region, Department of Cyber Police of the National Police of Ukraine.

 

Andrii HRYHORCHUK presented his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law on “Prevention of Criminal Offenses Related to Abuse of Influence.”
