A training program was held in Kyiv for representatives of the National Police of Ukraine, the Office of the Prosecutor General, and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
As part of the cooperation between the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) and JustGroup, Professor Viktoriia Rohalska of the Department of Criminal Procedure at DSUIA served as a trainer for the “Basic Procedural Interviewing” program for 25 law enforcement officers.
Other trainers included experienced international and national experts in procedural interviewing, such as a representative from the International Criminal Court, a Norwegian police superintendent, NABU prosecutors, and detectives.
The training program was developed and implemented by the JustLearn development hub, supported by JustGroup, in collaboration with the Training Center for Prosecutors of Ukraine and the Norwegian Center for Human Rights, with support from the project “Transformational Recovery for People’s Security in Ukraine,” funded by the Government of Japan and implemented by UNDP in Ukraine.
