The event was organized by the Tactical and Special Training Department at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
Participants included trainees from the department of initial professional training, specialization, and advanced training at DSUIA.
The session covered principles and techniques for apprehending offenders, conducting surface checks, and police escorting. Special attention was given to the personal safety of police officers and civilians.
According to the organizers, police officers need to practice these skills to the point of automatic execution to effectively use them when necessary.
