A session on «Healthy Lifestyle Among Higher Education Students and the Negative Impact of Various Forms of Addictions on Personality» was held for cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation of the National Police of Ukraine.
The purpose of the sessions is to cultivate healthy lifestyle skills among cadets, foster an understanding of the consequences of harmful substance use, and prevent various forms of addictions. Practical cases with photo and video materials were presented to the cadets, along with a discussion, exchange of opinions, and personal experiences.
Special attention was paid to the psychological causes of addiction tendencies and their impact on mental and genetic health.
According to psychologists, the work conducted will promote conscious and responsible attitudes of future police officers towards their health, as well as spread these values throughout society.
