The Dnipro Lyceum for Security and National-Patriotic Education under the Ministry of Internal Affairs held a ceremonial opening for the cadets’ introductory course

The event was attended by cadets, students, the lyceum administration, and the rector of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, Oleksandr Morgunov.

The introductory course aims to help students adapt to the educational environment of the lyceum, which is under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. It will enhance their motivation to acquire knowledge and skills within the lyceum’s setting.

The ceremony began with the Ukrainian National Anthem. Rector Morgunov addressed the attendees, emphasizing that the students had consciously chosen the path of future defenders of the homeland. He highlighted that the introductory course serves as the initial phase that will prepare students for future studies, strengthening their will and character.

Lyceum Director Oleksandr Tverdokhlib wished the students productive and engaging learning, encouraging them to showcase their potential and prepare for future admission to higher education institutions.

All participants honored the memory of fallen heroes with a moment of silence.

The event concluded with the cadets participating in a patriotic flash mob.

At the Dnipro Lyceum for Security and National-Patriotic Education, the children of Ukraine’s defenders are educated. Special attention is given to instilling values, fostering patriotism, and promoting physical development.
