Dear colleagues, faculty members, officers, and students of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs. Today, on August 23rd, we celebrate one of our most significant holidays – the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine.
The Ukrainian flag is a legacy from our ancestors, our pride, beauty, and a symbol of power. Under the blue and yellow flag of Ukraine, our military fights for independence, and the whole world recognizes the Ukrainian flag as a symbol of decisive will and resilience.
The blue and yellow colors, much like the embroidered shirt, have become part of our cultural identity, and it is our responsibility to pass them on to future generations.
I wish you unwavering faith in a bright and prosperous future. May our flag, forged in the fire of war and the blood of defenders, always remind us of the steadfastness of our state and the strength of our Nation. Together, we march toward Victory! Glory to Ukraine!
