The competition took place at the “Olympic Reserves” sports complex in honor of Ukraine’s Independence Day.
The event brought together around 130 participants from various cities including Dnipro, Kamianske, Kryvyi Rih, Synelnykove, Novomoskovsk, Pavlohrad, and Zaporizhzhia, with an age category of up to 23 years.
Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs was represented by 11 cadets, three of whom decisively won medals. The results were as follows:
1st place: Dmytro Kirnos (up to 55 kg), Yuliia Tolmachova (up to 78 kg);
2nd place: Anastasiia Tarnapolska (+78 kg);
5th place: Yevhen Sitkovskyi (up to 66 kg), Oleksandr Yakovlev (81 kg);
7th place: Bohdan Khomenko (up to 73 kg), Ramil Mirzaiev (up to 81 kg), Anatolii Pukhovyi and Oleksandr Pyzhivskyi (up to 90 kg);
10th place: Serhii Balo (up to 81 kg), Oleksandr Silakov (up to 66 kg).
