The Criminal Procedure Department at the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) continues its practice of conducting dual lectures in the “Pre-Trial Investigation” course.
Professor Viktoria Rohalska conducted a practical session with Prosecutor Oleksandr Kukharuk from the Specialized Defense Prosecution of the Eastern Region and a lecture with Judge Iryna Shapovalova from the Dnipro District Court.
Cadets engaged in simulated tasks, entered data into a training version of the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations, and discussed the nuances of pre-trial procedures with the judge.
