Cadets from the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, alongside an invited practitioner—an Armed Forces of Ukraine serviceman—practiced essential safety elements and tactics during vehicle stops.
The event was conducted by the Department of Tactical and Special Training at DSUIA. During the practical session, together with veteran movement Titan.UA member Petro Pecheny, the cadets practiced handling unknown risks during a vehicle stop at a checkpoint, including the process of exiting a service vehicle, approaching the stopped vehicle, and other related procedures.
The session also covered methods for positioning police officers relative to the stopped vehicle, establishing contact with the driver, and ensuring the safety of the officer making contact.
The main focus was on adhering to personal safety measures for law enforcement officers.
