A series of psychoprophylactic and motivational sessions has started at DSUIA for cadets.

The goal of these sessions, aimed at first-, second-, and third-year cadets, is to support their psychological readaptation to the unique conditions of studying at a higher education institution.

During the first session with second-year cadets, psychologists from the Department of Psychological Support at DSUIA emphasized the importance of personal responsibility for the reputation of police officers and Ministry of Internal Affairs employees. They focused on the need for cadets to take charge of their professional and life trajectories, develop independence, and build stress resilience.

Psychologist Vladyslav Bidniak led motivational exercises that sparked significant interest. Cadets shared their views on the role of modern police officers, challenges in readapting to study, and their future career plans.

Psychological support is crucial not only for their education but throughout their professional journey.
