NEWS

The event was organized for students of the Police Academy and cadets of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA).

Andrii Vereshchak, a soldier from the 12th Azov Special Forces Brigade, was invited to the lesson. The soldier explained the main types of explosive devices, munitions, and safety principles when discovering such items.

The goal of the session was to inform participants about safety measures around explosive objects and prevent accidents caused by stepping on mines.

Since Russia’s full-scale invasion, the issue of mines and explosive remnants of war has become particularly urgent.

Andrii Vereshchak instructed DSUIA cadets and Police Academy students on the basic principles of the operation of various types of industrial and improvised explosive devices and their damage factors.
