The Ukrainian Judo Championship took place in the city of Vinnytsia, where Yuliia TOLMACHOVA, a cadet of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, won a bronze medal.
Over 400 athletes from all regions of Ukraine participated in the championship in Vinnytsia, competing for spots on the national team to represent Ukraine at the European Championship.
Yuliia Tolmachova, a cadet from study group DR-343, competed in the under-78-kilogram weight category.
In her third match, Yuliia defeated a judoka from Zhytomyr region, securing the bronze medal for the DSUIA cadet.
Now, Yuliia TOLMACHOVA is preparing to participate in the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Sambo Cup for men and women, which will take place on September 21, 2024.
