DSUIA Cadets Donated Plasma

NEWS

The future law enforcement officers continue to participate in weekly plasma donations to help save the lives of wounded defenders.

This time, cadets from the Faculty of Pre-Trial Investigation Specialists of the National Police of Ukraine joined the initiative. As per tradition, they underwent a preliminary medical examination, followed the required diet, hydration regimen, and other medical recommendations.

The donation event took place at the Dnipro-based donor center “Biopharma Plasma.” The cadets believe that donating plasma is an effective way to save the lives of defenders, as well as a demonstration of gratitude, patriotism, and solidarity. Blood plasma is a vital component for treating severe injuries and is also used in the production of medications for patients with various needs.

The event was held as part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Education, Science, and Sports Department project “Friendly Support.”
