Representatives of the higher education institution were recognized during a meeting of the rectorate of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA).
The departmental award of the National Police of Ukraine – the “Veteran of Service” medal – was presented to:
• Vladyslav LAZAREV, Dean of the Faculty of Training for Pre-trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, Police Lieutenant Colonel;
• Andrii ZHBANCHYK, Associate Professor of the Firearms Training Department, Faculty of Training for Criminal Police Units of the National Police of Ukraine, Police Lieutenant Colonel;
• Serhii ROMASHCHENKO, Senior Specialist of the Classified Information Department, Police Major.
During the meeting of student self-government bodies of higher education institutions in Dnipro, the DSUIA student self-government body was recognized for its dedication, work with students, and promotion of civic activities, including engaging youth in fundraising efforts to purchase a vehicle for military personnel. Additionally, DSUIA students were thanked for making the largest donation towards the vehicle fundraiser during the annual student creativity contest “Student Spring – 2024.” The acting head of the DSUIA Student-Cadet Council, Mykhailo DZIUBA, received the recognition on behalf of the students.
Rector Oleksandr MORGUNOV congratulated the awardees and wished them success in their service and studies.
