On October 8, 2024, the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Innovative Education organized an event titled “Legal Education During Martial Law” for students in honor of the professional holiday—Lawyer’s Day.
The meeting was held in a hybrid format. The event was opened by the Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Innovative Education, Doctor of Law, Professor Volodymyr SHABLYSTYI.
Volodymyr SHABLYSTYI noted that the celebration date of October 8 is symbolic, as on this day in 1016, Volodymyr Monomakh and Yaroslav the Wise issued the first collection of laws in Kievan Rus, known as “Rus’ka Pravda.”
The event was joined by DSUIA alumni who are now legal practitioners: Anna KRYCHUN, Darya DEMEDENKO, Mykyta FEDORCHAK, and Veniamin MYROPOLSKYI.
The alumni shared their success stories and congratulated the students on Lawyer’s Day.
