The Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Innovative Education at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) held a series of meetings for its scientific circles.
The events were organized by the Department of Theory of State and Law and the Department of Administrative Law Disciplines and Public Administration.
The meetings took place online, during which secretaries for the scientific circles were elected from among the students.
The topics of the sessions included “Current Issues of Lawmaking and Law Enforcement” and “Current Issues of Administrative Law and Public Administration During Wartime: Positive and Negative Aspects.”
Pavlo DOVHOHOL, a second-year master’s student, delivered a report on “Ukraine’s Mobilization Legislation: Issues of Theory and Practice.” The speaker addressed the development of mobilization legislation and recent legal acts, explored issues of military registration, and discussed provisions concerning military registration documents and the operation of the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Reservists, and Military Obligants. Alexander DANYLOV, another master’s student, also participated in the discussion.
At the end of the meetings, the upcoming All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference on “Current Issues of State-Building and Law Enforcement,” to be organized by the Department of Theory of State and Law of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Innovative Education of DSUIA in December 2024, was announced.
The topics sparked lively discussions, with students actively engaging in debates and asking questions.
