Practical Experience: Binary Class for DSUIA Cadets

The event was organized by the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure in cooperation with the Department of Professional Development and Specialization of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA).

A binary class for cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pretrial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine was held with the participation of Senior Lieutenant of Police Ruslan BILOZUB, an inspector of the Accident Investigation and Documentation Department of the Patrol Police Battalion in Kramatorsk and Sloviansk, Donetsk Region.

The cadets gained new insights into the tasks and functions of the patrol police, its system, and structure. Ruslan BILOZUB emphasized the procedures for documenting traffic violations. The cadets learned about cases involving the drafting of administrative offense reports, the conditions under which a driver may be deprived of the right to operate a vehicle, principles of documenting non-injury traffic accidents, and the documentation of other violations.

Ruslan BILOZUB also shared practical cases from his service experience and answered the cadets’ questions.
