The session was conducted for cadets of the Educational and Research Institute for the Training of Specialists in Preventive Activities of the National Police of Ukraine.
The event was organized by Karina PISOTSKA, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure at DSUIA. The training also involved Daryna DOVHOPOLA, Senior Lieutenant of Police and Inspector of the Juvenile Prevention Division of the Preventive Activities Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
During the training, the cadets reviewed the police officer’s actions in cases of child abuse, the preparation of administrative materials for offenses committed by and against children, and responses to incidents of bullying committed by minors and young children.
As part of the session, cadets practiced drafting protocols on violations of administrative law by minors and familiarized themselves with the procedures for managing prevention and control records.
