Representatives of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs participated in the annual “All-Ukrainian National Unity Radio Dictation” event, dedicated to the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language.
The author of the 2024 radio dictation text was writer Oksana ZABUZHKO, and the text titled “The Magic of Voice” was read by poet and serviceman Pavlo VYSHEBABA.
Joining in the dictation were DSUIA’s First Vice-Rector Ihor MAHDALINA, university staff, students and cadets, as well as listeners of the Police Academy CPPP, and students of the Dnipro Security and National-Patriotic Education Lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The event was conducted with all safety measures in place.
Writing the All-Ukrainian Dictation is a traditional event for DSUIA representatives, and this year marks a special milestone as the event is held for the 25th consecutive year.
The dictation took place ahead of October 27 – the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language and a day honoring the memory of Reverend Nestor the Chronicler, whose name is associated with the origins of Ukrainian literacy.
