As part of the Young Scientist School at Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, an online lecture was held on the topic of hegemony in international relations.
The lecture was delivered by Serhii Tsyhulskyi, Ph.D. in History and Head of the Research Department at DSUIA. Attending were young scholars and members of the DSUIA Scientific Society of Higher Education Applicants. The session covered contemporary issues in international relations, particularly the impact of Russian aggression against Ukraine on the global political and security structure. Discussions highlighted the role of leading democratic countries as guarantors of international law and security.
The lecture provided attendees with a deeper understanding of the dynamics of hegemony in international politics and the importance of strong alliances in upholding international norms and human rights.
