A graduation ceremony for police officers joining the patrol police was held at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs. The event was attended by First Vice-Rector Ihor Magdalina.
In his address to the graduates, Ihor Magdalina emphasized the importance of high-quality training for modern patrol officers, highlighting that they are the first to assist citizens and therefore must possess a high level of qualification.
Over a four-week training period, 19 officers studied the basics of patrolling, checkpoint duty, explosives handling, first aid, firearms, tactical, and psychological training.
At the end of the course, the students of the Department for Advanced Training and Specialization of the Institute for Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning at DSUIA passed a comprehensive exam, which included testing, and received corresponding certificates.
