Results of the Annual Best Legal Publication Competition at DSUIA

Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) has concluded the annual All-Ukrainian competition for the best legal publication, conducted in collaboration with the All-Ukrainian NGO “Association of Ukrainian Lawyers” from August to October 2024.

The competition aims to improve the quality of legal education by recognizing outstanding publications that comprehensively support the educational process in higher legal institutions. This year, 13 institutions participated, including the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine, the State Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, Kyiv Institute of the National Guard of Ukraine, Lviv State University of Internal Affairs, and others. Out of 58 submitted works, 24 were awarded diplomas of the I, II, and III degrees.

 

DSUIA received first-degree diplomas in the following categories:

• “Monographs” – Dr. K. REZVOROVYCH, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines, DSUIA.

• “Textbooks” – A team of authors from the Departments of Criminal Law and Criminology, Administrative Law and Process, and Civil Law Disciplines at DSUIA.

• “Periodicals” – Scientific Bulletin of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs: Scientific Journal, 2023, Special Issue No. 2 (127), and Scientific Journal, 2023, Special Issue No. 1 (126).

 

Second-degree diplomas were awarded to DSUIA works in the categories:

• “Monographs” – A team of authors from the Department of Administrative Law and Process.

• “Scientific-Practical Commentaries” – Research Laboratory of Preventive Activities and Sociological Research.

• “Methodological Recommendations” – A team of authors from the Department of Criminalistics and Pre-medical Training.

 

The competition for the best legal publication fosters research and methodological work among academic staff across Ukraine, promoting the creative achievements of authors and enhancing the preparation of highly qualified legal professionals.
