A screening of the documentary film Sky Lords-2. On the Edge took place at the Menorah Cultural and Business Center, organized by the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration to mark 1,000 days of Ukraine’s resistance to Russia’s full-scale aggression.
The event was opened by Deputy Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Nadiya ZADOROZHNA. The film was presented by its author and director, Maksym KHOTILENKO, and producer, Viktor KALATAY. The documentary highlights the combat routines of Ukrainian military pilots and their challenging missions, including daring raids to the besieged city of Mariupol during the early months of the war.
Cadets from the Faculty of Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the National Police of Ukraine noted the film’s emotional impact and its significance in fostering patriotism. They emphasized the importance of remembering the heroism of Ukraine’s defenders, understanding the cost of freedom, and being ready to stand in defense of the state.
The screening became a meaningful part of the commemorative events honoring Ukrainian resilience and sacrifice in the fight for liberty.
