“Contractual Obligations in Private and Public Law: Challenges and Prospects for Development”: Scientific Club Meeting at DSUIA

A scientific club meeting for cadets of the Faculty for Pre-Trial Investigation Units of the National Police of Ukraine was held at the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA).

The event was led by Professor of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines, Maryna YUNINA, with participation from the Head of the Department, Khrystyna REZVOROVYCH.

In her opening remarks, Maryna Yunina emphasized that contracts are a fundamental legal instrument in regulating social relations in both private and public law. She also highlighted their importance for implementing the provisions of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union.

The cadets actively engaged in the discussion, addressing contemporary issues in the legal regulation of contractual obligations. Particular attention was given to improving the regulatory framework to ensure the effective protection of the rights and interests of parties in contractual relationships.

The event fostered the development of critical thinking among the cadets, deepened their understanding of current legal issues, and encouraged them to explore solutions to these challenges.
