NEWS

At the Alley of Memory of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred and Fallen ATO Soldiers, a solemn flower-laying ceremony was held. The event was attended by the Rector of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Oleksandr MORHUNOV.

Representatives of municipal and regional authorities, law enforcement agencies, the public, and city residents laid flowers at the monument commemorating the Heavenly Hundred. Those present honored the memory of those who, during the Orange Revolution and the Revolution of Dignity, fought for the right to live in a free state, as well as those who perished in the war defending Ukraine’s independence.

The Day of Dignity and Freedom is a significant date in modern Ukraine, as November 21 marks the anniversaries of two revolutions: the Orange Revolution and the Revolution of Dignity.
